What do teachers do after workshops and conferences? How can we apply new strategies in our classrooms? Participants will be able to expand their teaching tool kit through discussion and demonstration of multiple non-textbook resources. Attention will be given to innovative practices involving but not limited to original procedures, games, novels, and technology that are can be applied immediately in their classrooms. The workshop will explore how risk-taking can lead to engaged learning, greater student success, and increased teacher satisfaction.
